Our Μission
The mission of RAISE Suite is to develop a one-stop-shop infrastructure utilizing unified Machine Actionable Data Management Plans (ma-DMP) to deliver FAIR-by design services across the data lifecycle, from collection to automatic processing. To accomplish this, we will leverage infrastructure that can become a key ambassador for FAIR principles, advocating their adoption among research communities, academia, and industry. To achieve this, RAISE Suite incorporates the infrastructure of the EOSC RAISE Horizon Europe project, a distributed crowdsourced data processing system, which enables the transition from merely downloadable open data to data that is directly accessible for processing.

Our Vision is for researchers to seamlessly and effortlessly apply Open-Science-based best practices, throughout the entire data, software and other outputs lifecycle by using FAIR-by-design services and workflows to deliver universally reproducible results.

Supporting cancer survivors and stroke patients
Collecting and analyzing clinical, wearable, and home environment data (AUTH, LICALAB, MCGILL)
Climate-Neutral & Smartt Cities Mission: Mobility
Reducing private car use
Utilizing Bluetooth sensors in taxis and key locations to analyze urban mobility in Thessaloniki (CERTH)
Soil Mission: Forestry
Sustainable forest monitoring
Deploying drones and soil sensors to track logging activities near the Aliakmonas River, Greece (NOOS, ASDAD)
Oceans & Water Mission: Healthy Oceans
Enhancing oceanic data collection
Facilitating data sharing and analysis for ocean monitoring (NOC)
Adaptation to Climate Change Mission: Food waste management
